The Body Shop has received a takeover approach from Mexico’s Omnilife, it said today.
The group, which produces environmentally friendly cosmetics and toiletries, said it had received an approach from a third party that could lead to an offer being made.
The Body Shop said talks were at a very early stage and that there was no assurance an agreement would be reached.
