A man was arrested in the Markets area of Belfast yesterday after the RUC found bomb-making equipment. The RUC found the components for an explosive device on Thursday night in Stanfield Row. A pistol was discovered yesterday during a search by security forces of gardens in the Shankill housing estate in Lurgan, Co Armagh.
