The entire manuscript of the Book of Kells is now available in digital format on a computer CD-ROM. It includes all 680 pages of the manuscript and incorporates a "zoom" feature so that illuminated folios can be examined in fine detail. A voice track is included, with Olivia O'Leary and Stephen Rea providing narration on the history of the manuscript.
A numbered limited edition of 500 copies of the CD-ROM is available for £40 and the general release CD-ROM is £20. This version is on sale at the Library Shop, Trinity College or online at www.bookofkells.ie
