Bookies are now offering the shortest odds ever seen in general election betting history, with Labour quoted at 1/100 to return to power on June 7th.
The odds, offered by William Hill and Coral Eurobet, mean punters would have to stake £100 just to win £1 on win for Mr Blair's party.
A landslide return to government also remains the favourite with the public with a Labour majority of between 171 and 179 seats the 7/1 favourite at Coral.
Both organisations put the Conservatives at 16/1, with William Hill offering 300/1 on a Liberal Democrat victory compared with Coral's 500/1.
The best money is on the Tories winning between 171 and 179 seats and the Liberal Democrats between 42 and 46, at 7/1 and 4/1 respectively.
A stream of money continues to be wagered on Mr Charles Kennedy's party taking over as the main party of opposition by the time of the following election.
Coral's odds on that are now just 4/1, sliced by a quarter during this week.
