A 15 year-old boy has died in hospital after he was rescued from the sea off the Co Derry coast.
The boy has been named as Robert McMullen from Coleraine. It is understood he was with a friend in a dinghy when it capsized near Castle Rock.
An air and sea search was launched after his friend managed to swim ashore and raise the alarm. Robert was taken from the sea after being spotted by a PSNI helicopter in the area.
He later died in hospital.
