In our editions of November 26th, we reported that The Irish Wheelchair Association gave an undertaking in the High Court not to picket the offices of Mr William A. Osborne, Mr Niall P. O'Neill and Mr Michael H. O'Neill, practising as Brown & McCann, Solicitors in Naas. The report stated that the Will of the late Ms Evelyn De Courcy provided that friends be given to the Association under certain conditions. Such a statement was not made in court and is inaccurate. There was no bequest in the Will in favour of The Irish Wheelchair Association. It is provided by the Will and a Codicil that the residue of the deceased's estate be left for charitable purposes in respect of which Mr Michael O'Neill, as the sole surviving executor and trustee, has an absolute discretionary power of appointment.
