The High Court has varied restrictions on construction work at Cathal Brugha Street, Dublin, to allow further work on a hotel there by Cruson Developments.
Mr Fergal Foley, counsel for the National Authority for Occupational Safety and Health, told Mr Justice Quirke yesterday that the parties had agreed on further works to be carried out at the site. These included adequate supervision and safety arrangements.
