England and Manchester United soccer star Nicky Butt has been arrested by police over an alleged assault in a night club, a police source said today.
Butt (28) was questioned by officers after a woman (37) said she had been attacked at a night club in Alderley Edge, near Manchester on May 4th.
Butt was bailed to return to Wilmslow police station on June 30th.
