Northern Security Minister Mr Adam Ingram has said legislation to combat racketeering would be "an extremely valuable weapon in the fight against crime".
Mr Ingram was referring to the Proceeds of Crime (NI) Order which was introduced last August. He said it would "help the RUC tackle the "scandal of racketeering".
