LAST night the Secretary to the Government, Frank Murray, and the Secretary to the Department of the Taoiseach, Paddy Teahon, gave a special dinner to mark the departure to the post of Ambassador to Portugal of the chief of protocol at the Department of Foreign Affairs, John Burke.
