Jockey Paul Carberry, who faces charges in relation to a public order offence, has had his case put back for two weeks.
He appeared in court in Swords, Co Dublin, this morning over an incident on a flight from Malaga last weekend. However, the case has been put off until October 18th next.
The former Irish champion jumps jockey was arrested at Dublin airport on Saturday. He was met by gardaí at the aircraft and taken to the airport Garda station where he was charged under the Air Navigation and Transport Act.
It is understood the incident involved a piece of paper being set alight on the plane.
