Carlisle United manager Roddy Collins has placed former Shelbourne striker Richie Foran on the transfer list.
The club are forced to sell Foran because of dwindling crowd figures at home games.
Crowd numbers have dropped from over 10,000 to below 3,600 over eight weeks following Carlisle's poor start to the season.
