Celtic manager Martin O'Neill is confident his side can beat Blackburn in the UEFA Cup second leg clash at Ewood Park next week.
O'Neill made it clear that disparaging remarks emanating from the Blackburn camp had given his players extra motivation for the upcoming game.
Blackburn captain Garry Flitcroft suggested Graeme Souness had told his team that it was "men against boys" despite his side's 1-0 defeat in the first leg.
Blackburn dominated the first leg in terms of possession but Celtic's superior cutting edge saw them snatch victory five minutes from time.
But O'Neill is confident his side can beat Blackburn in their own backyard.
"People can say what they want, but within our own camp we know we can play better than we did last week against Blackburn," he said.
"Not only that, but I actually think we will have more of the ball at Ewood Park.
"If you had asked me beforehand if I would take a victory without conceding a goal then I most certainly would have.
"It concerns me a little what people have to say about it because folk will put whatever kind of spin they want on things.
"We will go to Blackburn and try to win the game and I'm confident we can do that.
"I thought we showed great determination to turn the Parkhead fixture in our favour and we will need to show the same kind of willpower and more down there.
"I fancy us to score at Ewood Park and it's a game we are looking forward to.
"The comments that have emanated from the Blackburn dressing room give us further motivation to go and do what we can to win the game."
