The Central Bank has appointed Shane O’Neill as head of retail banking and John Moran as head of wholesale banking, it has announced.
Mr O’Neill has worked in the financial services sector for 20 years.
Mr Moran is a founding member of Zurich Bank/Zurich Capital Markets Ireland.
