Popstar Kylie Minogue has reportedly been told by doctors that her chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer has been successful.
There was no official confirmation, but the singer (37) is thought to be back in Australia with her family, according to friends.
Minogue had been undergoing chemotherapy in Paris after having a partial mastectomy in Melbourne in May when she found a lump in her left breast.
The Suntoday reports that the chart-topping star had her final chemotherapy session on December 18th and received final test results last Friday, which showed there were no more cancerous cells.
However, she is now expected to start daily radiation treatment to prevent the return of the disease, the newspaper reported. Only after another six months would she be officially in remission and all clear.
A spokeswoman for the singer's record company in Sydney could not confirm the reports.
