Washington - Children are using an Internet service designed just for them to express their views on President Clinton's fate, and their opinions are as diverse as those of any segment of the adult American population.

"I think what he did was wrong, and I think he should be punished in some way," writes nine-year-old Caroline from New York. "I think it's bad that he had an affair with that other girl, but lying is even worse."

"He should definitely be forgiven," notes Kevin, an 11-year old New Yorker. "He deserves privacy. The media got their story, now they should shut up."
