There are delays to Dart services this morning after a truck hit a bridge between Malahide and Portmarnock in north Dublin.

The incident occurred at 10.30am on the north Dublin Dart line causing delays to morning commuters, according to Iarnród Éireann. No injuries were reported in the incident.

The line was cleared at 10.45am and Dart and northern commuter services have resumed. However, trains are running with a 15-minute delay.

There is also a delay of 35 minutes on the Tralee/Mallow line due to a mechanical fault. Customers are being accommodated on alternative trains.
