It's not all complaining this week. Stephen Sands from Finglas got in touch asking us to thank the staff in both the Finglas and Swords branches of DID Electrical and the customer service desk at Bosch for excellent service.

Two-and-a-half years ago he bought a Bosch fridge/freezer from DID.

"Problems arose with the freezer and an engineer came out to fix it. It was within two years of purchase. However the same problem occurred recently," he writes.

"This time an engineer came out within seven days and the fridge/freezer was replaced with a new one a few days later. I have bought a number of items with DID and found their service excellent.
