The magazine cited a Smedley’s Atlantic Prawn Marie Rose Salad which had 855 calories and 66.3g of fat compared with a Big Mac and portion of fries, which has 820 calories and 40g of fat. Marks & Spencer’s Pasta with Tomato & Basil Chicken salad had 760 calories and 46g fat while Tesco Tuna Layered Salad had 550 calories and 41g fat.
