Tesco's feeling generous:Tesco came in for a bit of flak when it delayed the introduction of its much-publicised price cuts across the whole State.

However, now it has begun to roll out its price-cutting initative, which was initially only applied to 11 of its outlets along the Border, to other stores across the country.

In the last two weeks the programme has been introduced to stores in Galway city and county, five towns in Co Mayo and a branch in Bettystown, Co Meath.

Pricewatch admits that it does not know a whole lot about footwear, but even it is aware of the sky-high price of Jimmy Choo shoes.

From this autumn they will be available for a fraction of their usual price tag when a new range goes on sale at H&M.

The budget collection will also include clothing, bags and men's shoes and accessories.

It will be available from November 14th in around 200 H&M outlets across the world.
