Gardaí are today still searching for man who escaped from custody for the third time yesterday.
Niall Fitzpatrick, (33) of Mayfield, Cork city, made his latest escape while appearing before Cork District Court yesterday.
He was in court to answer charges relating to his last escape from custody, on January 8th.
On that occasion, he absconded after being charged at Macroom District Court with unlawfully using a stolen car. He was found six days later.
