Rugby: Number eight James Coughlan will captain the Munster side that hosts Australia at Thomond Park on Tuesday night (8pm).
Coach Tony McGahan has also named Keith Earls, Johne Murphy and Damien Varley in his side after the trio were released from international duty by the IRFU.
Earls, who will start at outside centre beside Sam Tuitupou, will rejoin the Ireland squad on Wednesday ahead of the visit of the New Zealand to Dublin on Saturday.
In the absence Tomás O’Leary and Peter Stringer, academy graduate Duncan Williams will start at scrumhalf alongside outhalf Paul Warwick.Coughlan is joined in the backrow by Niall Ronan and 21-year-old Peter O’Mahony.
Peter Nagle and Billy Holland are named in the secondrow, while there is a first start for Peter Borlase who arrived from Canterbury last Thursday.
