Bulawayo - The Zimbabwe High Court yesterday overturned the government's decision to postpone a key mayoral election in the country's second-largest city.
Ruling on an appeal by the opposition Movement for Democratic Change, High Court Judge Justice Kennedy Sibanda said the government's reasons for postponing the June 23rd-24th vote in Bulawayo were not strong enough.
