The Supreme Court has fixed April 5th for the hearing of an appeal by Bovale Developments Ltd; its director, Mr Thomas Bailey; and his wife, Caroline, against a High Court decision rejecting their challenge to the Flood Tribunal investigating their financial affairs in public.
