The High Court will rule tomorrow on an application by the GAMA construction company to prevent publication of a report by a government inspectorate into allegations that some Turkish workers here were underpaid.
Following a four-day hearing Mr Justice Peter Kelly said he would rule on the matter at 2pm tomorrow.
GAMA Endustri Tesisleri Imalat Montag A.S. and GAMA Construction Ireland Ltd are seeking an interlocutory injunction to prohibit publication of the report.
If granted the injunction will continue until the hearing of judicial review proceedings brought against the Minister and the head of the inspectorate, Mr Edward Nolan.
