Concern has been expressed over the welfare of a teenager last seen leaving her house in Co Cork wearing fancy dress for Halloween.
Gardaí are seeking information about the whereabouts of Akvile Lenciauskaite (17), who was last seen in Douglas at about 5pm on Saturday.
“When last seen Akvile was…wearing a black and white dress, black and white striped tights with black high heels and was carrying a large cerise pink handbag,” gardaí said.
Akvile is described as being about 170cm (5ft 6in) in height and of slim build with long black hair and green eyes.
Her family and gardaí are concerned for her welfare and are asking anyone who has seen Akvile or who can help locate her to contact Togher Garda station on (021) 4947120, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
