A man was charged last night in relation to the death of a woman in Navan on August 30th.

The 36-year-old appeared at a special sitting Trim District Court last night at 11pm, charged with an offence in connection with the death of Aleksandra Sarzynska.

Ms Sarzynska died after an incident at Bective House Apartments, Beaufort Place, Navan, Co Meath, on Friday, August 30th last. Her body was discovered at about 7pm.

The man was arrested on Friday and questioned at Navan Garda station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
