A New York attorney was in court in Dublin yesterday after he was arrested for an alleged drunken air-rage incident on a flight from Germany to the US.
A Lufthansa flight bound for JFK airport in New York had set off from Munich, but was diverted to Dublin on Wednesday afternoon.
Timothy Fasano (49) was charged with three counts under the Air Navigation and Transport Act. It is alleged he engaged in behaviour that was of a threatening, abusive and insulting nature. It is also alleged that he was intoxicated.
Judge Malone released Mr Fasano pending his next court hearing on April 29th.
