BRIEFS:On today, tomorrow and on Wednesday, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda will hear closing arguments in The Prosecutor v Ngirabatware, which is the final case before the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
The tribunal was established in November 1994 by the UN Security Council to judge people responsible for the Rwandan genocide and other serious violations of international law in Rwanda.

Subjects include e-commerce, information technology law, intellectual property law, technology and governance and commercial regulation.
Advocacy skills training course
MediationCEDR has a course on mediation advocacy skills in Dublin on September 13th (9.30am-5pm). It will provide legal practitioners who may have little experience of the mediation process with the skills to represent clients in mediations. The course costs €295 – including lunch and refreshments – and is worth six CPD hours with the Law Society and the Bar Council.
