A 36-year-old man will appear in court today charged in connection with the death of another man after he was stabbed at a derelict building in Dublin.

The victim, who was in his early 40s, was one of two people stabbed at the North Wall Quay premises late on Wednesday night.

The second man, who was in his late 20s, was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Gardaí will bring the person charged before a sitting of Dublin District Court this morning.
