A man is being questioned in Shannon, Co Clare in connection with the seizure of cocaine worth an estimated €20,000.
The man (40) was arrested following the search of a house in Finian Park shortly after 8pm last night.
Gardai seized the cocaine and a small amount of what is believed to be a small amount of cannabis herb.
The man is being questioned at Shannon Garda station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act (1996).
