The school of law at Trinity College Dublin is holding an evening CPD conference on March 1st on the practice and procedure of public procurement litigation.
It will examine both the application of the 2010 Remedies Regulations and cases taken outside the regulations.
A panel of expert speakers, all of whom have acted in recent High Court procurement cases, will address relevant subjects related to public procurement litigation.
