Three valuable paintings stolen from Wicklow home

Gardaí are appealing to the public for information after three valuable paintings by Sir John Lavery, Paul Henry and Jack B Yeats were stolen from a house in Co Wicklow last Wednesday.

The three paintings were Portrait of a Lady by Sir John Lavery, Landscape with Cottage by Paul Henry, and The Fern in the Area by Jack B Yeats.

The burglary occurred at a house in Donard on the evening of October 22nd.

The scene of the burglary was preserved and a technical examination was carried out, but no arrests have been made so far.
