The trial of a father accused of murdering his two sons in Co Mayo is due to start in November next year.
Sanjeev Chada (43) of Ballinkillen, Bagenalstown, Co Carlow, is charged with the murder of Eoghan (10) and Ruairi (5) at Rosbeg, Westport on July 29th, 2013.
The charges followed the discovery of the bodies of the two boys in a car boot after the vehicle had hit a stone wall.
Counsel for Mr Chada Brendan Grehan SC asked the Central Criminal Court today to fix a date for trial and requested an order for copies of recordings of his client's Garda interviews to be made available to the defence.
