Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with a shooting incident in which shots were fired at a Garda patrol car in Tallaght, Co Dublin, in July last.
A man in his late teens and a teenage male juvenile were detained on Monday as part of the investigation into the shooting incident, which occurred in the Rossfield Avenue area shortly after 2.30am on July 24th.
The two are currently being held at Tallaght Garda station under section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939.
A Garda statement on Monday evening said that investigations into the shooting incident are ongoing.
