Crossmaglen 0-13 Dr Crokes 1-5:  Crossmaglen Rangers have won the All-Ireland Club football final replay after a five point win over Dr Crokes in Portlaoise.

Oisin McConville scored six points for the Armagh side as they proved the classier outfit in a tense game.

John Murtagh, McConville and Martin Ahern put the Armagh side on the front foot early on as Crossmaglen raced into three-point lead.

But credit Dr Crokes who remained composed and replied with five unanswered points; three from Colm 'Gooch' Cooper and two from Kieran O'Leary.

Brothers Aaron and Stephen Kernan then combined with McConville to put Crossmaglen ahead at half-time on a 0-7 to 0-5 scoreline.

After the break Cooper set up Maloney to find the net from close range but soon after Cooper had a  penalty well saved by Paul Hearty.

John Donaldson was dismissed soon after on a second yellow card but Crossmaglen failed to let their numerical disadvantage hamper them.

McConville stretched the lead again before both sides were reduced to 14 men; Dr Croke's Ambrose O'Donovan sent off for a second bookable offence.

Aaron Kernan and Oisin McConville then scored three points between them as Crossmaglen comfortably closed out the game to secure the silverware.
