A DANCE production by half/ angel, a company founded in Cork in 1995, The Secret Project is co-directed by Jools GilsonEllis, whose solo Hand Fall was performed at the Firkin Crane last year in the Solo Indepen- dents programme, and Richard Pavall, a composer and digital artist. The Secret Project uses and develops new interactive technologies to connect movement with sound, text and video. It is a co-production by Cork's Firkin Crane and the Banff Centre for the Arts, Canada, where its world premiere took place on October 1st. It will be performed at the Firkin Crane by three women: Mary Nunan, director of Daghdha Dance Company, Limerick; Cindy Cummins, a Dublinbased choreographer and Jools Gilson-Ellis.
