Travel software company Datalex reported half-year profits and said it had resolved a dispute with one of its customers.

Profit for the January to June period was $1 million compared to a loss of $500,000 recorded for the same period in 2004.

Datalex also announced that it has "amicably" settled its dispute with Worldspan, although no details of the settlement were published. The companies had been in dispute over Datalex's performance obligations.

Revenues were similar to the first half of 2004 at $11.5 million, but the company said it had won some notable contract successes that will add to the top line over the next five years.
