The GAA has confirmed that the rescheduled National Football League game between Armagh and Dublin will now take place on Sunday April 13th at 2.30 p.m.
Sunday's Division 2 game in Crossmaglen was postponed at the 11th hour after match referee Derek Fahy deemed the pitch to be unplayable.
The clash had been provisionally rearranged for Wednesday, April 9th but following a meeting of the Central Competitions Control Committee (CCCC) this afternoon, the GAA confirmed that itwill now take place four days later in Crossmaglen.
While the GAA said on Monday that there would be free admission to the rescheduled game, CCCC chair Jimmy Dunne has since contradicted the claim, saying that the decision on whether to grant free entry would have to be made by the finance committee in Croke Park.
A spokesperson for the GAA told Ireland.comthat pricing details for the rescheudled game would be announced tomorrow.
The Division 3 game between Down and Limerick, which was also cancelled at the weekend, will now take place in Newry also at 2.30 p.m on April 13th.
The CCCC also confirmed that Round 7 of the NFL, Division 2 and Division 3, have now been set for Sunday, April 20th.
The finals in Division 1, 2, 3 and 4 will go ahead as scheduled on April 27th unless there is a need for a play-off in Division 2, the committee said.
In the event that a play-off is required, it will be played on Sunday April 27th with the Division 2 final then scheduled for the week-end of May 3rd.
