The death has occurred of Mrs Mary Fanning, wife of the Sunday Independent editor, Mr Aengus Fanning. Mrs Fanning (52) died at St Vincent's Private Hospital, Dublin, on Saturday. She is survived by her husband and three children, Dion, Evan and Stephen.
