The death toll from the suicide bomb attacks on British interests in Turkey rose to 31 when a 27 year-old woman died in hospital from injuries sustained in one of the attacks.
Hulya Donmez, 27, died after she was caught in the explosion which hit the British consulate in Istanbul on November 20, hospital officials said.
She was engaged to be married with another victim of the attacks, 34 year-old British citizen, Graham Carter .
Mr Carter remains in hospital with facial injuries. Doctors expect him to regain his sight.
The couple were waiting for Miss Donmez's visa to visit Britain when the Consulate bomb exploded.
The British Foreign Office has warned more terrorist attacks may be "imminent" in the Turkish cities of Istanbul and Ankara.
The Department of Foreign Affairs has warned the Irish public against all non-essential travel to Istanbul for the time being. The Department also advised Irish citizens travelling to other parts of Turkey, and in particular to large urban areas, to exercise extreme caution and vigilance.
The warning came as nine suspected accomplices of suicide bombers who targeted the British consulate and the local headquarters of the HSBC bank were charged with membership of an illegal organisation.
