A man who sustained fatal injuries when he lost control of his motorbike had a high level of alcohol in his system and his urine tested positive for cocaine, an inquest heard yesterday. Dustin O’Reilly (27) of Maplewood Close, Tallaght, Dublin, was in a single vehicle incident at De Selby Road, Tallaght, in the early hours of May 2nd, 2009.

A toxicology screening found Mr O’Reilly had 299mg of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood in his system and 364mg of alcohol per 100 millilitres of urine in his system. His urine also tested positive for cocaine.
