Judgment will be given next month in the legal challenge mounted by the Sinn Fein Assembly Ministers, Mr Martin McGuinness and Ms Bairbre de Brun, over the ban on them attending cross-Border meetings.
When the hearing resumed in the High Court in Belfast yesterday Mr Justice Kerr gave leave for the filing of an affidavit relating to the Ministerial Code of Conduct.
The judge said he would deliver his judgment in January but indicated that if lawyers wished to make representations concerning the affidavit he would hear them tomorrow.
