Decrees for water charges have been granted against another 45 defaulters, bringing the total in the past two weeks to 90. Mr John Doherty, for South Dublin County Council, told the District Court the debts, varying between £140 and £210 each, related to householders in Lucan, Fir house and Walkinstown.
