GAA: Derry forward Eoin Bradley will miss the rest of the season as well as the Ulster final after sustaining a serious knee injury in training.
Bradley picked up the injury on Sunday and a scan today revealed extensive damage to his cruciate and medial ligaments.
The 27-year-old scored 1-05 against Armagh in the Ulster semi-final and his absence against Donegal on Sunday will be a massive blow for the county.
Eoin’s brother Paddy is also out for the season with a cruciate injury.
He described the events surrounding his brother's injury as the "usual thing", adding in The Examiner: "He was going for a ball in the training game and was turning when the defender came in and made some contact."
Sunday’s game is Derry’s first appearance in a provincial final for 13 years.
