A device explosed inside the British embassy in the Croatian capital Zagreb today, slightly injuring one person, an embassy spokeswoman said.
"An explosive device appears to have detonated in the post-room around 7.30 (6.30 am Irish time). One person sustained minor injuries. Security has been stepped up. Local authorities are investigating the cause of the blast," spokeswoman Tessa Fras said.
Local police was not available for immediate comment.
