Dispute settled over greyhound

Agreement in a legal dispute over a greyhound bitch and her offspring has been reached, the High Court has been told

Agreement in a legal dispute over a greyhound bitch and her offspring has been reached, the High Court has been told. Mr Wanless Fenwick of Ashington, Northumberland, a greyhound breeder, had sued Mr Ian Greaves, Lughill Kennels, Monasterevan, Co Kildare. He has an interim injunction against Mr Greaves restraining him from parting with Lady's Guest whose progeny, Tom's the Best, won the recent Irish Derby at Shelbourne Park, Dublin.

Yesterday, Mr Justice Shanley was told an agreement had been reached but it needed to be put down in writing. The case was adjourned to today.
