A man charged with assaulting another driver last April was remanded on bail in Dublin District Court yesterday. Mr Matthew Kelly, of Ashington Gardens, Dublin, was charged under the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Persons Act, 1997. The court was told the other driver had received a cut above the left eye which required six stitches. Mr Kelly was remanded on bail to appear again next Thursday.
