Gardai investigating serious crime in Limerick seized a quantity of drugs with an estimated value of over €100,000 at the weekend, it was announced today.
Gardai from Henry Street Garda Station searched a premises in the Delmege Park area of Moyross on Friday night and seized quantities of cannabis resin worth an estimated €78,000 and cannabis herb valued at €25,000.
A 25 year-old man was arrested during the operation and is being detained at Henry Street Garda Station under the Drug Trafficking Act.
