Heroin with an estimated street value of €200,000 has been seized in Dublin.
Gardaí from the North Central Drugs Unit arrested one man as the drugs were discovered late last night following an ongoing operation in the Clontarf Road area of Clontarf, Dublin 3.
The drugs were found on open ground near the seafront.
The man, who is in his 40s, is being questioned in Store Street Garda Station under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.
